Tracheal Shave - Adam's Apple Reduction
This is taking away the prominence of the Adam's apple.
Dr Noorman van der Dussen has carried out hundred's of these, through an incision under the chin, which is never visible (unlike a direct incision over the prominence, which may leave a thick and red, even a hypertrophic of keloid scar)
